Ages: 6–14
Skill Levels: Beginner to Intermediate
Cost: Free
Seasons: Summer (May- July) & Fall (September–November)
Location: Local schools, parks, and community fields
Program Goals
Promote physical health, sportsmanship, and team collaboration.
Provide a safe and inclusive space for all children to play.
Teach football fundamentals and leadership skills.
Build community through youth engagement and parental involvement.
Mentorship Add-On (Optional)
Weekly 15-minute "Huddle Talks" after practice on:
Weekly Structure (8–10 Week Season)
Week 1: Welcome & Assessment
Team introductions, parent orientation
Basic drills and evaluations for team placement
Weeks 2–4: Skill Development & Practice
One practices per week (60–90 mins each)
Focus: throwing, catching, flag pulling, positioning, and teamwork
Weeks 5–9: Game Weeks
One weekday practice + one Saturday game
Each team plays once per week
Emphasis on fair play, rotation of positions, and team spirit
Week 10: Family Day
